Sofia Miranda

Born in Oporto city, Sofia studied Communication Design at ESAD, Escola Superior de Artes e Design, in Oporto. Six months after finishing the course, she flew to Barcelona to do a postgraduate degree in Editorial Design, in Elisava.
The following year, back on Oporto, she founded Kong Studio, with two friends, and at the same time made an internship at the White Studio (www.whitestudio.pt), supervised by Eduardo Aires, and remained there during a year and a half. Since then she works in Parfois, a world between graphic design and fashion.
In parallel, as a freelancer, she is involved in editorial/ graphic/ photography projects as well as she is responsable of bodyspace.net art direction/graphic design.
