Raquel Pinto Studio is a multi-disciplinary international practice specialising in art direction, visual identity, editorial and web design. Aiming to deliver elegant design solutions, the studio's guiding principles include attention to detail, a focus on type and a desire to engage critically all elements – visual and otherwise – that feed into the design process. Collaboration, honesty and respect are central to the practice. For Raquel, good design is about trust and listening closely to what the client needs; design is approached as a beautiful, ever evolving discourse with the clients. Selected clients include Harvard Innovation Lab, La Casa Encendida Madrid, Galerie Lange + Pult Zurich, Lisbon Architecture Triennale, MAAT, Galeria Zé dos Bois, Kunsthalle Lisbon, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Galleria Municipal Porto, David & Golias. Previous to launching her design practice, Raquel worked for several leading international studios, such as Project Projects in New York, Node in Berlin and Zak Group in London. Additionally, she taught Graphic Design at the Lisbon School of Design between 2016 and 2018. Raquel holds a Communication Design degree from Faculdade de Belas Artes de Lisboa (Lisbon Faculty of Fine Arts).
