From Brazil, Lucas Blat employs a wide variety of techniques throughout his work in branding and editorial design. He experiments with different pastels, pencils, inks and watercolours, and is continually looking to discover new combinations of materials and methods.
Influenced by the works of seminal Brazilian designers Alexandre Wollner and Aloísio Magalhães, Lucas is chiefly attracted to print and typography, and likes to experiment with calligraphy, parallel pens and other materials to create new ways of writing.
