Amanda Haas Halim (she/they) is a Swiss-Egyptian graphic designer, art director and strategist working between Basel, Berlin and beyond. Through Studio Amanda Haas she collaborates with a diverse network to offer full-service design solutions, consulting and brand strategy. She graduated from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2010 and in 2025 graduated from the University of Basel with a Master in Critical Urbanisms. Her practice has focused on the arts and culture sector. Dedicated to exploring new design methods and interdisciplinary exchange, she lectures on design's role in social justice or leads mindfulness-based workshops at art and design schools such as FHNW Basel, University Basel and HfK Bremen.
